No mention of the blood spraying out of Caroline's arm?  Why do you even watch this show if the bad taste gold like that isn't worth notice.  That was great!  People do that on TV all the time, pull out IV's and storm out of a medical scene with no repercussions.   I think the show is where I wanted it to go.

There was a character named Butterface on Shameless.  The whole bar explained the joke should anyone not know it.  William Macy:  "She has such  great body…" Whole Bar in Unison, rising glasses:  "But her FACE!"

Krysten Ritter, damn she is a raven hired wonder.  The jokes don't always land on this show, but the long con episode jokes always pay off.

Not that  it matters, but I think this show hit its stride as  Farce Sitcom, the Three's Company of the day.  The humor is working for me now because of the familiarity with these people I like hanging out with once a week for 22 minutes.

I know!  I'm all old all of a sudden.  Once my brain failed to see and then connect the dots, I just floundered.  It was - I know her from somewhere.  She's a kind of chameleonic actress, though (I say in weak, mental palsied defense), she changes her expression and looks like another person.

I never would have pointed any of them out as having resemblances beyond "Attractive White Women" - but that few moments made me feel like they all could have been assembled from a very limited police sketch kit.  When she was laying on the floor I kept thinking, Damn, Lucy lawless must have really buffed up for

It was realistic - been there - but Dallas went a little far.  Recognizing this as an important moment is one thing, but she shouldn't have chastised George's irritability and protective impulses.  Tessa calling George "Dad" at the end, and sitting down to eat with him was a good resolution.

Does everyone on TV look alike or what?  I am usually the Actor Spotter in a group, Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon champ type, but when they showed Alex, and then cut to a commercial, I asked, Is that Olivia Wilde, Lucy Lawless or (Jennifer Morrison) the chick from the first seasons of House?  My wife said Lucy Lawless.

Your last sentence is a great summary of terrorism.  Our most effective targets are also our least protected.  My confession here:  I expected Homeland to be a single season show.  Not because of ratings, but because of quality control.  It would have been good to see Brody do what he had planned, Carrie to be proven
