While I think chronologically that Walt poisoning Brock is very unlikely, it would explain Gus' action at the end.  I mean, he must have knew that Jesse acting so controlled meant that he had something up his sleeve, and when Jesse told him that Brock was poisoned, he had such an accusing tone to his voice.  But, Gus…
