We saw Rattleshirt for all of 30 seconds; not ready to join that particular party.  No objection to "Yara" or Melisandre either, nor Kevan, nor, really, any of them, excepting I don't think the woman playing Shae is particularly good.

Barristan and the Clegane brothers.

Arya did not get the coin from Jaqen, nor did he see him do his Faceless Man trick.
We may yet, I suppose; the title of the season finale is, apparently, Valar Morghulis.

Um… don't bother.  This has departed pretty far from the book.

Nah, the Crag is the seat of the Westerlings.  Nothing to do with the crannogmen.

Jaime totally discussed it with Cat and Brienne.  That scene was nearly lifted verbatim from the books.  The whole "more honorable than Ned" thing in particular.

I'm sure I'm about the 20th to post this already, but… really, Todd?  Cat is going to cut off Jaime's hand?

I agree that was a wasted opportunity re: Olivia's memory.

Horsefucking was a minor plotpoint in a tragicomic sub-subplot in the third? season of Deadwood.

Been a while, but I think he goes to Bitterbridge to meet with the Tyrells after Melisandre's snatch-assassin does its thing, then travels back with them to defeat Stannis on the Blackwater.
