Bay is a 13 year old boy.
"Women are either objects you want to think about fucking, or they're the girlfriends/wives who stay at home while you go out doing crazy shit."

Yeah, they could have teleconferenced him in from his white Bronco.

The Poseidon Adventure did win Academy Award for Best Original Song for "The Morning After."

The could have made a sequel with George Kennedy where the world's tallest airport caught fire.

"There is no bee."

Glorious Inferno!
I love disaster films and the star studded Irwin Allen efforts are just plain fun, and on Blu-ray this film really stands out. The fashions and decor in this film come across more intense than the flames. I readily double dipped when this came out and eagerly await The Poseidon Adventure.

With the one fur hat I was surprised he wasn't grabbed by the authorities for being a Russian Spy.

Space Platforms?
That Roddenberry decided to have the Crew of the Enterprise travel back to 1968 is obviously because if the spin-off works it will take place in present day, but what makes it retarded is the space program was still in it's infancy (moon landing a year away), any Star Wars Death Platform debates don't

It certainly the film Gene Kelly would wish people would forget.

It was a pretty awesome theme.

And better if Evel used a stand-in for the acting scenes as well.

I loved him as the crazy National Guardsman in "Earthquake."

Yes, it was the studio unable to insure the film if Evel did the stunts that caused them to hire a stuntman, but one crash we see is actually Evel but it's just stock footage from a previous event.

Price and Love Interests
How many films did Vincent Price star in where either his wife is rotten to the point of trying to kill him or she is dead and her passing is torturing his soul?

He has more faith in swords?

Casting
"Ninety percent of directing actors is casting." Yep, that pretty much sums up the main problem with this film. Gabriel Byrne aside everyone else wasn't sure what kind of movie they were in.

This style of writing always entertains me. I'll definitely have to check it out.

Corin Nemec: Sci Fi King
His delightful turn as Parker Lewis for me has been overshadowed by his Sci Fi Channel outings in such classics as "S.S. Doom Trooper" and "Raging Sharks."

Now if he choked on the Junior Mints…

Not a Spike Lee Fan
I have only seen a few of Lee's movies and those I did where not all that impressive so I've never had the urge to go back and check the ones I've missed. Now I guess I'll have to track down a copy of "Do The Right Thing."
