Meanwhile, peacenik Donald Trump, in consecutive sentences, took it off the table and then put it right back on again.

There is a humongously popular musical about a mass murderer who cuts his victims' throats, and his accomplice who then turns the bodies into pies to sell to the unsuspecting public. If that isn't too dark, I'm pretty sure an attempted suicide is OK.

My husband dying was also sad. But you're right. Six months is more than enough time to never talk about him again.

As someone who has had such a devastating loss, it's even harder to actually live it. One day at a time, that's all you can do.

Good solid hugs are nice, but speaking from very similar experience, there's not much that's going to help…not for a long while.

I know exactly how he feels.

It's not so startling to me that Will & Grace and The Office were briefly on the same night, but that W&G ended in 2006. That show feels like such a 00's series that it's weird to think it actually premiered in 1998.

Except that there really is no other option other than scheduling debates against football.

My fear level has been all over the place, but I'm pretty good right now. The reasons:
A. Hillary is an excellent debater. She also has an excellent prep team. She's ready.
B: If reports are accurate, Trump did very little debate prep, even though he has a pretty decent team himself. It appears that he's still not

If only that experience had permanently soured NBC on the Olympics…

Superhero Movie isn't great, but it's a lot better than you'd expect, mainly because David Zucker produced it and brought along his team from the genuinely hilarious Scary Movie 3 and the not-terrible Scary Movie 4 (i.e. not the guys that made Date Movie, Epic Movie, Disaster Movie…).

Yes, but without The View, would we know that Donald Trump wants to bang his daughter?

Josh Taylor. He's not dead, according to IMDB, but is currently on Days of Our Lives.

I'm still convinced that the networks collectively bought out the contents of a closing Blockbuster a few years ago and are just randomly grabbing old tapes and DVDs to turn into pilots.

Her job is not to get Trump voters to wake up. Her job is to convince the many undecideds out there to vote for her over him, and to convince the potential Stein and Johnson voters that votes for them are votes for Trump. If she can also inspire some potential Trump voters to stay home in despair at how awful their

If reports from the NY Times are to be believed, his "debate prep" mostly consists of him watching videos of Hillary debating and coming up with zingers. I don't think Trump has still grasped that the general election is different from the primaries, and I'm betting the recent polling surge has just reinforced his

Clinton had a nice bounce back in the polls this week. She's not out of the woods yet, but the Trump momentum has pretty much faded. I'm not too worried about the debate, because I think he'll need a knockout performance that I just don't think he's capable of delivering to really pull ahead of her.

I can definitely see him doing that. I can also see him calling her an even more offensive name. And on Tuesday, Paul Ryan would say he was highly offended by what Trump has to say, but yes, he's still supporting him for president.

I suspect Trump will be fine for a half hour or so, but as Hillary is going to relentlessly press him over and over and over again (while easily brushing off his comments about her), I fully expect he'll either go into full insult mode, substituting zingers for anything rational, and being flabbergasted when Hillary
