My thoughts: the body in Ruth Davenport's bed with the "classified" fingerprints is going to be Major Briggs or someone closely related to his work.

It played at a nearby cinema (two screens!) for at least a year and a half, we'd badger our parents for a ride anytime there was nothing better to do. Must have seen it twenty times.

I am almost certain that the Major and his work (which is classified, of course) will play a huge part in all of this.

Re: the music in the breakfast scene. I thought that was odd too, but then again perhaps it was sort of a musical cue to drive home the fact that aside from whatever happened to Dougie, it's not the "TP" world he "normally" resides in, but something different.

No doubt.

LOL a bead…such a fun show! The thing is, Dougie has a family, a regular hooker and friends who seem to know him. So I guess I really don't know anything LOL!!!

This is certainly possible. However Dougie would have a good reason to send "himself" home with a big bag of money and his wife did mention it was enough to "pay them", whoever that might be.

This is true, although this is TP we're talking about, so anything is possible. The torso appeared to be scorched too. And the "classified" fingerprints are right up the Major's alley.

No doubt. "But where's the pie?"…LOL.

Anyone who hasn't seen The Missing Pieces should, because they're fantastic and sort of fill in a few things a little, kind of.

I have no doubt that Bobby's story about Cooper visiting the Major the day before he died indicates that "he" (Bob Coop) killed him.

Naomi Watts in mom jeans…(swoon).

I kind of thought that maybe he was waiting for a tip LOL.

Interesting thought re: Briggs. The headless corpse did resemble Don Davis a little and appeared scorched too, then his prints come back as classified by the military. IMO that's Briggs, who is "missing" and is in a locale (Black Hills) that relates to Hawks Native heritage.

In The Missing Pieces there's a scene where David Bowie/Phillip Jefferies encounters another gateway in a hotel in Buenos Aires.

Yup, and electricity is a common theme among the residents (?) of the Black Lodge world.

The wooden "BEN" sign on his desk…LOL!

From what I understand the ring belongs to Mike and entitles him to the garmonbozia of whoever wears it. When Leyland/Bob killed Teresa Banks he stole the garmonbozia that rightfully belonged to Mike, hence his rage in FWWM.

My first thought too, however Albert would probably know Diane better than Audrey or Sarah.

I thought this episode (and the whole thing so far) has been FUCKING AWESOME…yes, even Wally Brando. Lucy and Andy are somewhat irritating but so what, they always were. I am assuming that somehow Dougie was "showing" Coop-Bot what slots to play…even though Dougie is a small gold ball now (only Lynch).
