If you're into avant garde music, I recommend Chris Cutler's "Probes."

I'm not entirely comfortable with what Beverly did and yes I know she's not a real person.

He did a good Croach once.  I think it was in Sparks' dream after he died and before he came back with universal powers.

I have about two days a week where I can listen to podcasts at work.  I've found that there are few podcasts that I always listen to as soon as I can and there are some podcasts that I sometimes skip depending on the guest or subject.  I usually try to sample a new one about once a day, often on the recommendations of

The train whistle sound in the "Moonshine Holler" theme gives me goosebumps.  I also love the segment but then again I'm a sucker for hobo lore.

U Should Know Better is a great workout song.

@avclub-bf685d0c6e419fab93fb447f71610d36:disqus I think Dustin Mentioned on the Podcast Cast that the last episode was finished unless I misunderstood.

Yeah, I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked Greg Fitzsimmons.

I laughed out loud in public when Elliot said, "The effects are hardly special and the matography is hardly cine [etc.]" so I was satisfied by this episode.

I mentioned this last week but I strongly recommend "Brainwarp the Baby Eater."  It's sort of like "Thrilling Adventure Hour" but a bit more abstract and with more cussing.  I also like the Duncan Trussell family hour but it's not something I have to listen to every week.

Speaking of Feral, has anyone else listened to Mindwarp the Baby Eater?  It's fantastic.

I checked out the podcast this week and I love it!  It's like Edward Gorey is writing for the Firesign Theatre.

It felt oddly menacing when Pierce said, "You'd like that, wouldn't you, dick?" or something like that.  Otherwise this episode was pretty good.

I guess I'll always consider Miscellaneous T an official album.

I listened to them both just to compare and I liked the Flop House better.

I picked the wrong week to try to listen to Harmontown since I live in Missouri.

Suffering from David Hyde Pierce withdrawal?  Watch "Perfect Host," it's really funny and he's great in it.

I usually like Pink but that song is kind of weak.  I don't think she sounds good on the part of the chorus that goes, "I think that life's too short for this, I'll pack my ignorance and bliss."  Plus the melody on those two lines sounds too similar to "Promise I'll be kind but I won't stop until that boy is mine"
