This is the first time I've ever wished I saw a promo instead of rejoiced that I miss them always!

Yeah, the line and her face really killed it. Such a solid delivery.

Yes, his whole subplot was funny, but I was also so turned on by everything about Adam Pally this episode (which, to be fair, is true in every episode).

In the promo for this episode, Quinn explicitly asks Rachel not to marry Finn; it's almost pleading. I guess they cut that scene so we could have extra time to figure out that Quinn was going to crash while driving since that scene was so subtle.

Well it's the "theys" that create the categories that "wes" uphold because the we's of this world are stuck in a social system created and upheld by the theys and don't realize that it's just an artifice.

Haha, I did the exact same thing, and I expect we might not have been the only two. As much as I openly detest Glee nowadays, those two performances were great and I keep coming back to them in my mind a surprising amount.

I love my dead gay son!

I was going to say touche and then I realized that every Hollywood action movie has the car crash that was the best way for the protagonists to get away moment.

She and Artie will date! It will break boundaries! Thank god the writers are so daring.

I was surprised that the Glee writers were smart enough to remember that Sebastian and Karofsky could have possibly met in the past since they've both been shown to be at the gay bar way back when.

Ok, I change my mind. This is the other acceptable way for the crash to play out for it to be a worthwhile storyline.

She has to go to Yale! I am so looking forward to them dropping in on her at some point next season on campus and that campus very clearly being Stanford or some other California school.

I feel like I could have written this exact post, except I think I would have been a little less forgiving of most of these issues since they clearly knew when mapping out this season that they would have the suicide attempt here and thus it would be appropriate to have fewer lingering plotlines that also had to be

Yes to everything here

Always the tone of surprise

Xander was more universally loved in the way one might expect Ron to be until the later seasons of BtVS where his character doesn't make a lot of decisions that sit well with fans. I agree that Ron is great, though he and Sokka aren't as comparable since the friendship dynamic  and their positions in their groups are

Yeah, it really helps Sokka truly seem like he is instrumental because he isn't a token "normal." The baddies have Mai and Ty lee and everyone encounters Jet and his gang too. Plus, the true variety of skill within bender groups adds another sense of depth to how people can be skilled in different ways.

But Sokka has lolbad artistic skills throughout the series. Think about his missing Appa ad, or his sand Suki.

They don't have the impeccable breeding necessary to be upstanding and wonderful in all ways like Lord Grantham and Matthew.
