Thanks. There were just too many people involved and too many timelines.

Not that I can think of.

Loved Dan's response to RINGS. I wish he would also tell people to get cheap rings and not waste tons of money on a fucking diamond.

I don't wallow. I don't think I'm capable. But if I do need something to take my mind off of stuff, it's usually Buffy. Parks & Rec can do it at any time as well.

I wish it was laziness. That I can overcome. I have literally not had the time lately.

Yeah, I knew there was a reasonable explanation in there somewhere, just couldn't (or didn't feel like) figuring it out myself. Thanks!

Ah. You meant what she just wrote. I'm slow.

YES! I need to have this stamped on my backpack as a constant reminder.

I have 9 weeks left in my quarter. *sigh*

What's step three? What's step two?

Yeah, I'd never heard of them til I saw them randomly in the grocery store, but you're right. Definitely more appropriate.

Guess it's yours for your blog now.

How do you feel about baseball player themed cereals?

D'oh!

Well report back here after you read it then.

I wrote nothing! Fuck being too busy to write anything at all. I hope to pick it back up this weekend. I miss it.

Is it Friday yet?

I read it for the first time last year, and it's terrific. I thought about trying the sequels, but I hear such bad stuff I'd rather read stuff I have a chance of liking.

Honestly, I really do like it, as I generally really enjoy his writing, but man is there a lot of detail and yes, worldbuilding. Glad to hear it picks up though!

Reading The Scar, by China Mieville. It's been slow going, partly because I'm really busy, but also it's slow going.
