No crimes?

I'm just disappointed…
…that no one has started posting as "The White Stripes."

I like the album, especially boiled down to its best songs but I'm not a fan of the movie. Not that a movie has to be _good_ to make this column, I just didn't want to watch it again.

I think whoever has also seen GIRLS IN PRISON wins.

Glad to hear some love for this. It's an insane, kind of dopey, fun giallo homage and I enjoyed it as such.

I don't think anyone is capable of enjoying MY SUPER EX-GIRLFRIEND. That film's toxic. I think THE ROOM has a healthier attitude toward women.

I'm not sure what to say. Thank you?

Not my experience at all. I think BLOOD'S A ROVER is top-tier Ellroy.

Sorry: Investigation Discovery.

Hmm… Rogen's been talking about Franco in interviews, figured it was fair game. Ryder came as a surprise to me and I hadn't seen any posters so I decided to keep it under wraps.

Thanks.

Winter Kills:

Good reminder I should see AMERICAN HEART, a movie I've been meaning to watch for going on 16 years.

Cigar box.

Wish TREME would have made it. Had its ups and downs—most of them related to the halting way it moved forward, to my eyes—but still a great show, one that dug into a distinct community undergoing a crisis that threatened its very survival with humanity, care, and good humor. I suspect more people will realize that

Grew up about 35 miles south of Sidney but I've never been there (I don't think). We rarely had cause to go north of Troy.

Subway Justice: Like your icon. Achewood makes me laugh.

I wrote the HTTM entry and stand by it. I'd rather watch HUMAN CENTIPEDE again and that movie features a human centipede.

"That's the nicest thing anyone's ever done for me."

How about that? I didn't know that. He was also on the early seasons of Sesame Street.
