That's what inspired me to seek this out. Really cool doc.

Hmm… Yes. Not sure anything I said above is inaccurate since he did work on it.
He is Talbot. There are gypsies. A lot of the framework is the same but the details of the plot differ greatly.
Wendys. In my market they had little figurines. I'm sure they're in my mom's house somewhere still.
Yeah, I was on the fence. I just found the romance worked better than I expected. It wasn't the sludge I expected, but it gets a marginal recommendation for those inclined to see costume epics anyway.
I think Zemeckis is a real talent and I didn't mind BEOWULF, but I'd like it if he'd leave the motion-capture alone now. Thanks.
He may be awful…

Fair enough. And it sounds like you know more about it that I do, honestly. But did anyone else carry those ideas into the general culture as far as Darwin did? (That's meant as an honest question more than a challenge.)
Actually, I chose no one. I was just using Lee (R.I.P.) as an example of how sometimes one masterpiece is all you need to get a lifetime pass.
No Stan Lee in this one. I kept waiting for him, too.
That's a mistake. I'm fixing it.
