This weekend I only had time for a couple of movies due to being occupied with watching the Open Championship and attending a wedding.  I watched DAYDREAMER and BLACKBIRD on Netflix…  Daydreamer was pretty good, but I'm still not convinced that the story works entirely and that the plot didn't have some holes.…

Have to agree with you on The Place Beyond the Pines… the scene where it shows DeHaan riding his bike on the same hilly road where Gosling rode his motorcycle and that musical score.  Gives me chills.  Upstream Color is a trip, you'll like it.
