Did nobody else think that Kenneth's line about the mayor was a play on the word mare?

Rita becoming a vampire would be a pretty sweet callback to her stint on Buffy.

She was pretty awesome on Undeclared too.

Their new best of is a double disc called "Midlife." According to the dreaded pitchfork it's missing "There's No Other Way," "Charmless Man," and "Country House." So really it's LESS complete than their single disc best-of. Go figure.

Man, all I could think of when I started reading this was Funtown/Splashtown and the Jolly John commercials.

Yeah, it looked sort of okay at first, but when they panned over and showed it dive into the completely CG ocean, that shit looked terrible.

Richard not skipping
Richard didn't skip because the Richard we are seeing is at a "static" place in time, whereas the version of Locke he pulled the bullet out of is skipping around, visiting various things that have and have not yet happened.

Anyone else notice all the 3d computer animation they've started using in the simpsons, particularly this episode? It always seems to stick out so much - when they were showing the solar eclipse from outer space it look like recycled footage from an old Futurama.
