Harmon is the creator and show runner (I believe) so this is his show, he has oversight over all aspects. A while back the AVClub did a "looking back"thing with him talking about the second season and basically HOLY SHIT the guy is just neurotic and over-analytical to the point where hearing his thought processes is

Look I know it's a long shot but Christina if you're skimming the comments and you read this would you like to take some mushrooms and spend the day tripping out in San Francisco?

I like Community but it's really close to being entirely up Dan Harmon's ass

Excellent!

Cheers to this episode!

The answer to your burning question is: Having good stand up material does not a hollywood career make. I would love to see some new Zach Galifianakis material, it's been several years since he had a new stand up routine, you're right. And Patton's gotten quite prolific, developing his inner Louis CK work ethic.

So is it me or does Patton Oswalt have the worst fucking audiences for his regular crowd? Every time this guy plays it's to these dickheads who think clapping and going "wooo!" are the only two sounds they should make. Instead of audience laughter at set ups there's people yelling in agreement or just clapping in the

"I can conceive of gravies that would boggle your tiny mind!" (Well, I know what I'll be ranting come Thanksgiving.)

Guest Star

Allow me to suggest the following advice for the reviewer of this show:
Fucking lighten up dude. Smoke some weed or jerk off or take a walk or something to take the stress off your mind and approach things from a more positive angle.

Holy balls
this is a hilarious write up

The audience
Yeah that crowd goes NUTS for the final Torme-Kramer scene. I haven't seen this episode in a couple years but the crowd reaction is so loud and into that scene it's one of my favorite parts of the episode. Audiences fucking loved Kramer, is the lesson

Hey Lenny - I think the point of the grenade wasn't to prepare us for the grenade exploding, it was to show us how close it was to exploding last episode. Cause Rick searches the corpse for ammo, but it isn't until he reaches right beside the head that he finds the grenade. The shot of Rick as he holds is, to me,

Hey, Scott Tobias!
What the hell does a movie have to do to get a solid A rating?

Dear Norah

I have it as a solid A.

Excellent writing, Tobias.

A: It's some really random number you probably haven't heard yet

PREPARE FOR SOME SUPERLATIVES
Holy living jesus tittyfucking christ on a handbasket that was one of the most incredible episodes of LOST I've ever seen. Shit on a plate!

Hold on… I know these Sunday cartoon block roundups are the bottom of the AV TY Club barrel, but… come on. NOT A SINGLE MENTION OF THE EROTIC PETER AND DOLPHIN BIT?
