Favorite part of the whole episode, no one has mentioned it:

To me, Archer is the funniest show on television. Pairing the plotting and speed of Frisky Dingo with H.Jon and an upgraded staff while keeping Adam Reed and other voice talent AND 30 minute episodes is enough for me.

I knew it! That recap anecdote didn't seem right to me.

I'm First AND taking your mind
The back and forth is actually a hallmark of Adam Reed - Frisky Dingo especially. That's a big part of why I love this show, because the conversation is so fast and layered it stands up well to repeat viewings.

Lisa was/is ALWAYS the most annoying character. Even in those early episodes she's a little pain in the ass. It was just new then and so more charming.

My favorite part about everyone who doesn't think Consuela is funny - the paragraph of explanation where they explain they normally aren't knee-jerk PC but that this particular joke was NOT funny and other similar jokes HAVE BEEN funny so blahblahblah.
