Just order the special and hope for the best.

Dude, try smoked oysters on a saltine with a dash of hot sauce. My friend calls them "Redneck caviar" and it's nothing like oysters on the half shell. I don't drink anymore, but it's recommended that you chase them with a beer.

Yeah, I grew up in small town Wisconsin, I never had Indian food until I hit 30 probably (or close to it). Now it's a go to staple for me.

I wish I could afford to take my family out to eat three times a week.

This guy has always been a fucking scumbag. I've never figured out why a millennial/hipster audience embraced this guy in the last few years. Is Space Jam nostalgia really that big a thing?

Ok, "It's a wrap" was really funny.

Oh cool, I'm reading this right now actually and it's a lot of fun.

Have they replaced Katie Toupin? She seemed like such an integral part to the sound of that band that when they started playing shows without her and not replacing her, it seemed a bit odd.

I don't think they're officially "broken up", but they haven't played together in a while. Jason is a goddamn virtuoso of a fiddle player.

You're from the Twin Cities right? I caught Astronautalis on that tour with POS and Dessa about six years ago. He was so good. They were all great actually.

I know some real music geeks that don't like it because it doesn't sound the way it's suppose to (ie: exactly how it sounds on the record). Which, I kind of get where they're coming from, but I feel they really miss out on concepts like "fun" and "outdoors".

I blame being on the soundtrack of "The Departed" and the Sox winning the World Series.

Yeah, all the games get airplay, but they're buried on like the sixth or seventh most popular AM station in town. There's never any talk about them on the local drive time shows, outside of a score during the hourly updates, except occasionally in regards to them not playing in the new Bucks arena, maybe a passing

My general rule of thumb is "two original members"

I had tickets to a Dan Auerbach/Justin Earle double bill that was cancelled because one or both of them ended up in rehab. Also, the two night stand The Decemberists were suppose to have where they played all the long songs one night and all the short ones the other night, which I think was cancelled due to Jenny

One of the best live shows I ever saw was 20 some years ago in Green Bay. New Bomb Turks/Hellacopters/Quadrajets which ended with all three bands and some random kids on stage singing "Gimme Shelter". Might have been one of Hellacopters first US tours. It was insane.

What's funny is that Rancid/Murphys are doing a coheadline thing that comes here in a couple weeks. One of the opening bands….The Bouncing Souls.

For me, the problem with DM is that the demographic of the crowd changed to a point where meatheads were just going in there to kick someone's ass. I don't have the time or energy to deal with that shit anymore (and I haven't really liked anything they've put out since 2001 or so).

I was at a big venue show last weekend (capacity roughly 25K) and was about halfway back and realized that I just really don't like being that far away from the stage. It loses all the intimacy and energy that draws me into live music. I guess if I can't be within the first couple thousand seats then I'm pretty much

One of my favorite bands that never comes to my town. I've only seen them twice, about seven years apart, but damn are they fun.
