To all the people angry over this being split into two movies:

Yeah, I saw that thread. And I tore the OP's argument apart by defining the DSM-IV's criteria for autism.

Tape is still used—and it has been digital for years. For example: Sin City, Collateral, Miami Vice, Public Enemies, Superman Returns, and Star Wars Episode 3 were shot on tape.
Tape is actually preferable for professionals because it provides you an archivable copy of footage.Sony's HDCAM SR tape is an industry

Also, the first R-rated film I saw alone in a theater: Sin City. And I was 15. The ticket guy allowed me to see it once my parents bought the ticket (they saw Million Dollar Baby).

My parents were very strange (at least my mom was). They let me see some pretty violent shit.

Well, John Moore is a notorious asshole on set. If you watch the special features on any of his films you'll see him screaming at the crew—all the time.

Surprised Goldfrapp hasn't been mentioned yet.
Felt Mountain, Black Cherry, Supernature, Seventh Tree, and Head First… pretty consistently great output.

Max von Sydow in The Exorcist
His makeup was so good that I almost thought he hadn't aged since the early 1970s.

Peter Dinklage
I've always associated dwarves with comic relief parts (I blame movies like Employee of the Month and Death at a Funeral for that) - so I was a little weary when I first heard about this show and his casting (obviously haven't read the books).
