I mean, just having *my* Superman back alongside *my* Lois and Jon has been a goddamn dream come true, that's been a highlight every couple of weeks.

Hunt for the Wilderpeople, too! Pretty solid summer, in my eyes.
Watched 3 seasons of RuPaul's Drag Race and rewatched most of the Eric Andre Show. I will never be the same.
Totally. They're dragging out the reveal a bit, but there's some really kickass new design work with all the new speedsters (and Barry's actually happy for a change, which just makes me happy) so it's worth a light read-over, in my eyes.
Now that's a way to put it lightly. I think I erased most of that issue from my memory, largely due to its abysmal "stand around and jabber" content to "plot advancing dialog" ratio, as well.
I'm happily reading every single goddamn Rebirth title right now and that freaks me out just a lil' bit, as someone who's only read a couple at a time in years past. No mention of my personal fave so far - Titans - which I'm kinda surprised about, but solid analysis, overall. On the flip side of you guys (on one…
*Brrrock Syampsohn.
He's a solid 30% of why I'm stoked for Blunt Talk to come back!
Paging Super 8, Super 8 you're being forgotten here…
I felt that finale in my toesies before it happened, but even still, yeeeeeeeesh.
Just leaked. Absolutely outstanding.
O CAPTAIN MY CAPTAIN
That's my best guess.
RIGHT A BOOK!
Sounds about right, haha. For someone as absurdly output-diverse as Mieville, I'm always shocked when people AREN'T closer to the 50/50 mark than when they say they love all of 'em.
Not quite Knife Man level AJJ, but it's consistently outstanding. It's the sort of album I can see myself studying with for years to come.
What did you think of This Census Taker, for curiosity's sake? Every Mieville fan's taste is so incredibly different, especially towards one that polarizing.
Listened to the Kubo and the Two Strings score like 20 times (still have yet to see the movie, but I'm tentatively saving it for tomorrow night). Dario Marianelli is a goddamn gift to this world, and Regina Spektor's cover of While My Guitar Gently Weeps is absolutely immaculate.
Check the Kubo and the Two Strings OST for her new cover of While My Guitar Gently Weeps. It's a collab between her and Dario Marianelli, which is literally a dream come true for me; aside from having some of the most unique instrumentation choices I've heard in ages, it's genuinely one of the best Beatles covers I've…
The past 3 days, even. New Regina Spektor, new AJJ, new Watsky, new Ellie Goulding… Just, goddamn.
