@EvelKareebel:disqus Can you say "adobe"?

To be fair, if you're racist enough, you might be determined to persist in the misapprehension that a light-skinned black person is of Italian descent.

*Everyone* on this board is, huh?  So…allllll of those people who said "she raped him" and protested the "all but"s and "no big deals" were *actually* saying "she rapeyd him" using an invisible font for the "y" that is only visible to you?

Okay, at this point I don't think I have anything new to say about the rape or the other Melissa Leo stuff.

Yeah, maybe you should go!  But please feel free to call me if you should ever learn anything at all
about film, though, okay?  Maybe you might want to read Kenneth Turlong's Film Semiotics or Dale Steeves' Ass Masters of the Silver Screen…?

Yeah, I'm leftist, and I couldn't watch The West Wing for that reason.  It was just so irritatingly dishonest—and, in fact, almost masturbatorily self-indulgent—the way Sorkin would usually set up arguments.  Bleh.

@drdarke:disqus Yeah, Sorkin is furious he doesn't get to control our horizontal or vertical.  So he takes it out on female characters, apparently.

Yeah, the way his face lit up when she listed one of his issues as being about wanting to break up with her.

Well, and I dunno, genetics are funny.  The actress was pretty pale, and Louis is *extremely* pale, so… it doesn't necessarily seem crazy they'd have a pale blonde kid, does it?  Two pale blonde kids seems less likely, but why not.

I dunno, those are still pretty distinctive verbal tics.  Their reuse isn't shameful the way some of his self-plagiarism is, but I think they still count as repeated Sorkinisms.
