That scene where the lights flickering(they were actually reflections of a light) in "6B" was actually caused by Astrid walking in front of the lights off camera.

The story was created by the Showrunners and Akiva Goldsman, while the teleplay was written by Danielle Dispaltro who worked on some of the comics.
