Your argument reminds me of the "Citizen Kane" argument in films and I think the conclusion is close to the same for both—-they were among the first to use the medium to it's full capacity.  There are lots of movies I've seen that I like more than CK, but it's hard to argue with people who say that it's the best movie

I do feel like this serves as evidence that there were treatments out there for 7,8 and 9 all along, so those rumors of my youth now have some creedence!  Also, too bad this didn't happen 15 or so years ago…

It's really Black Bolt…he's dressed as Darth Vadar for Halloween.

It's my least favorite of this collection, partially due to the haphazardness of it all, but it has some great moments—particularly the puck closing.  I definitely felt the least connected to this story though, so I get where you're coming from.

To me that was the most disturbing of all the punishments meted out over the course of the book…just having that dream once is bad enough, but forever?  Blurgh.

I just re-read this and it's so weird how I want to read that weasel story before all of the others…

Peter David always ran X-Factor as an "outlier" to the rest of the X-books…he only touches on them when he has to, and the themes in his books tend to be of a different sort (sort of a "who am I and where do I fit into the world" that seems to run through all of his stories).  He made Madrox one of the more

That stupid elf we put up every year around the holidays to keep our kids in line creeps me right the fuck out.

But the Walking Dead letters column is so full of WTFNERDRAGEQUITBBQSAUCE that I have to read them.  Sometimes I agree, but long ago decided that Kirkman must be a fan of Whedon's, and in homage to him kills everyone that you might slightly like.

Barnabas' and Delirium's excursion is one of my favorite stories from this whole series.  Just so much fun, while still being kind of sad.
