Bag of Bones may be my favorite by him. A good old-fashioned tragic/angry ghost story. I agree with From a Buick 8 though—I sure kept expecting something to happen in that book but it just never quite did.

It's not very difficult at all to imagine Scarecrow wandering around the dreaming…hell, he could have a place right next to Cain and Abel's. Or maybe a creepy looking cornfield out by the cemetary.

I would add "The Unwritten" to that list, although it's almost too dense and makes me feel very poorly read at times.

He's describing people from the 80's…you know, when comics weren't cool like they are now. Nobody says that now.

She's like 15, but actually billions of years old. Therefore, totally legal!

One of my favorite conceits of the entire series is that Delirium was formerly Delight…and she's definitely the one I'd want to spend the most time with, even though the entire concept of her character may be the most terrifying of all.

I have a general question on the logistics of this: Do you sit in a room and actually discuss this and record then transcribe it, or do you decide which of you will write first then kind of e-mail it back and forth? I'm just curious. I could see a discussion on a series as in-depth as this one getting interrupted a…

I'm really curious from the trailer what kind of happy go-lucky film you thought you'd be seeing? I mean, the trailers for this give out the basic story, and nothing about it seems light-hearted and fun to me. Unless there's some version of the trailer with Walking on Sunshine playing that I haven't seen?

It's funny, because I found myself over-analyzing a lot of scenes due to the time-travel part (wait a minute—is he the kid from before that goes to the future because Bruce Willis created another timeline and now he's Jeff Daniels and becomes the Rainmaker gah! anuerism!) when the story is a lot simpler than most…

Really the whole point of this movie is "kids need a good mom"
