I noticed a prominent sigil on Bolton that is a new piece of the costume I think. Based on images in the previews of Theon? on that same rack being tortured I'm hoping for some flaying.

I was expecting the Governor to ask for Rick's daughter to replace the one he liked so much and not Michonne(sp?). That would kick things up a notch.
