This one fell into that old sitcom cliche but the first two were definitely better and less obvious in plotting.

Yeah this episode was a drop-off from the previous two. Keep it weird please. No lessons, more mean.

Here's the thing when The Shield first started years ago I tried to watch it but kind of found it comically bad yet everyone still says how good it was. My question is: Should I go and watch it? I love a good cop show (Justified, Southland, The Wire, Homicide) does it stack up well against those?

Shit. I hope TNT brings this back. This is one of my favorite shows and I'm interested in seeing what happens to Ben since he's gone over to the dark side. And I could watch Michael Cudlitz in  anything.
