I'd love there to be regular coverage of this… this is one of my favorite shows on TV, hands down. I actually probably like it a little more than Adventure Time - I think the shows are of pretty much equal quality and that which one you like best just sort of boils down to personal preference.

Seconded. I find the music of the ICP to be pretty entertaining, by and large, and I'd like to read an opinion on it that isn't either by a hardcore Juggalo or somebody just reviewing them as an excuse to bash on them.

Yeah, that's the right album. It's not bad, but it's far from Zappa's best work - I'd probably put it in the bottom 10 percent and wouldn't recommend it to anybody but diehards.

I agree about "Strictly Commercial" being a great starting point. Zappa's catalog is so incredibly deep and varied that no individual album is going to even come close to giving you an idea what he's all about (except maybe Lather, but that one can be pretty overwhelming). My girlfriend likes Zappa, so that's at least one.

Eh, I definitely wouldn't start with Weasels. It's really good, don't get me wrong, but it's packed with bizarre, noisy, and incredibly off-putting stuff that could send a new fan into spasms. Burnt Weenie Sandwich is a much more accessible record (despite how incredibly lengthy "The Little House I Used To Live In"…

I'll give it another listen. I do, for the record, think the title track is fantastic. I just think that Love Symbol Album did the same basic style as D&P, but better. Tons of songs on that one that I absolutely love.
