@avclub-f16faf5d680d7b88e2e157c1c137c497:disqus you guessed it.

@avclub-f16faf5d680d7b88e2e157c1c137c497:disqus This exchange we're having drove me to look up some of his older interviews, like the one with David Letterman in the early 80s. Apparently he was always this way, bless his soul.

@avclub-f16faf5d680d7b88e2e157c1c137c497:disqus Mark Hammill is more receptive to fandom, but that's because his post-Star Wars career was a desert. He probably gets just as much love as The Joker now as he does Luke Skywalker.

@avclub-f16faf5d680d7b88e2e157c1c137c497:disqus Yeah, I know what you mean. He's said in interviews, "It's just a job."

@avclub-f16faf5d680d7b88e2e157c1c137c497:disqus his answer was pretty great. "Hi? How are you?"

Right, you get your one shot at asking Harrison Ford a question, and you ask "What would Indiana Jones and Han Solo say to each other if they met?" You deserve a sarcastic answer.

I don't feel sorry for him, but then again I actually enjoy his talk show interviews. I watched his latest Jimmy Kimmel interview today, and he was curmudgeonly as ever (when asked about watching the first two Expendables movies, he said "…why… why would I go to… uh?? … no, I really don't care what happened in

No offense, but this type of comment is the AV Club equivalent of people bitching about Facebook on their own Facebook profile.

"…Singer/Songwriter (by the way, you probably don't know him; he's not that popular) Ryan Adams…"

Yeah, well, you know. Any time you want to give advice about throwing PCs into the abyssal chaos, I'm around.

@Nudeviking:disqus like many people from our generation, I blew up all of my Kenner Star Wars figures with fireworks or in the case of Boba Fett, froze them in blocks of ice in the freezer for revenge. I live with regret every day.

This is exactly why you're my second favorite commenter behind Cookie Monster. (compliment)

Most of it is a blur to me due to adolescent and college-age partying, but yeah, fuck Sports Billy!

I have very distinct memories of watching USA's weekend morning programming looking specifically for the Pac-Man cartoon and it would only come on every like 2 months. For whatever reason, I really connected to that cartoon when I was a little moppet, and I could never see it. Thanks Jim Rash for dredging up all this

Also, "The Visitor". That's the best episode I've seen in DS9. And Zach Handlen's review of it on this site was fucking perfect.

@avclub-1d04064d540beb34e0cc414561bc6f35:disqus I had a huge response to this but was ruined once I tried to reference Lwaxana Troi. Lost my entire comment. Typical.

I'm going to go ahead and say it's a little cynical to say their involvement in that movie was part of a marketing campaign.

Let England Shake is a fantastic, mature album which doesn't require a lot of prior Polly Jean love to get into. I never was super into her before, but that album won me over.

I share a birthday with Saddam Hussein and Jay Leno. You are a lucky bastard.
