He burns people alive for his own vendetta. Yup, great guy.

This. The movie was much more contemplative and quiet than the idiotic commercials make it out to be. It's nowhere close to an action movie.

A "B" makes Champion sad.

I hate it when girls whing.

Well, it was front and center when Boyd was in bed with Ava last season. I remember mostly because there were similar comments then.

That stuck out to me, but I didn't notice it as being the same kind Coover used. Good catch.

I thought of Tywin Lannister too.

That was my exact thought when I first saw him. Got it right down to the specific actor.

I think there was a subtle nudge/shoutout to Elmore Leonard in this episode. The secretary tells Raylan that her father wore a similar Stetson, but with a smaller brim, which Raylan refers to as a "business Stetson." Pretty sure that's the type of hat that Raylan actually wears in Leonard's novels, as opposed to the

No. No, you're not.

I'd totally dig Frank John Hughes on this show, delivering some of that Garnier attitude. I remember being stoked about him getting cast on 24, then he was barely a background character who just delivered news to more important people.

Actually, I think it was only Jones' personal mission to get to Bell, since he felt spurned by him (which I always thought was kinda lame). ZFT's actual mission was to prepare for war with the other side, which involved freaky terrorism and "activating" all of the Cortexiphan kids.

They've also been showing his face in some online promos, so I knew it was coming awhile back. Kind of wish I'd been kept in the dark on that one, though I had always wondered if they'd bring him back.

The question is, who shot him? Has he been marked for death by the other Observers for failing to erase Peter?

No amount of Olivias is too much.

I guess it goes without saying at this point, but John Noble is just incredible. It was played so perfectly when Walternate was slowly approaching Peter with that nasty-looking tech in his hand. And then "You're exactly the man I imagined you would be…" oh man. That almost had me tearing up right there.

"That was a quick look at Quick*book*….s…. Pro"

It's a whole new laugh delivery system.

There was an episode of Justified this year where someone talks about Hermey and Raylan yells "Oh, the little gay dude!" Cracked me up.

Is Todd referring to Todd in the third person?
