The DVD features are the best of any tv show set. I listened to a couple of the commentary tracks and I was surprised how in touch the cast and crew are with the fans. They talked in depth about specific animated gifs and Annie/Jeff fan videos. And, Alison Brie and the rest are very aware of you internet pervs.

The worst thing about Netflix is the stupid unstable Silverlight plugin.
