Well the first half was really good.

I dunno, that sketch got a couple of hearty chuckles out of me. 

So I hear conflicting views… Is The O.C. actually any good?

@Ben Folds Fan As good as the Toy Story and Before Trilogies are… Three Colors blow them out of the water, as much as they can be blow out of the water.

I still hear good things, and it's been too fucking long since I've seen a hollywood blockbuster comedy that was ACTUALLY FUNNY, so I'll take it.

I can remember the first couple of verses from Prufrock from memory. Unfortunately it isn't exactly the kind of poem that can accompany women and wine…

Never understood people who actually rate films like Troll 2 and The Room and give them zeroes or ones. It goes beyond rankings, and they at least provide entertainment.

As someone that hasn't been keeping up with the craziness of Cannes, this article was super helpful. I knew nothing about The Past or The Great Beauty, both sound like wonderful films and are now easily my most anticipated of the year. 

It's a shameful, shameful list!

Every time I've listened to this album I can't help but go back and listen to "Doin' It Right" about five times in a row. I've never heard such tender hopefulness and excitement from a vocorder'd robot, and Panda Bear is great per usual. Makes me want to smoke a doobie and dance in the woods somewhere.

There's definitely the sense that everything said by the characters in that part of the film is said only to explain a mechanic of the film universe. And though it's exciting and intriguing the first watch, subsequent viewings are pain staking when you have to slog through dry dialogue like:
