I immediately wondered the same thing, but I am still going with 2 time periods, the past and now, and that MIB is Ford from the past. Next week, I may think he is Arnold. There are so many different directions that they can go with this show, so much to explore. It is about more than rape culture, at least I hope so.
I loved "Magic", and Hopkins, it seems to be mostly forgotten now. It is fun to know that others saw it, and remember it as well. Hopkins was very handsome, and is still quite striking, the wise gravitas that he embodies.

She really grates on my nerves too, both the character and the actress. Although I do think she is talented, I think that her famous mother has been helpful with her career advancement, which has moved along a little more quickly than merited.
You are right, Erik Satie, exquisite music, very contemplative and lovely, it was a stroke of genius and yet quite a strange counterpoint to Price 's I am God evil plans and machinations.
