I gave up on this show once I realized I didn't like anyone in the top 10, but now I'm wishing I stuck around to see Astro get the tongue lashing he deserves.

I know it was done for budgetary reasons, but one of my big issues with VM is how important characters just disappear for episodes on end. I think Mac "went to her aunt's house" for awhile in season 3.

Can we discuss how awkward it is that Todd pretends he doesn't write these articles, and therefore refers to himself in the third person throughout, making us all feel uncomfortable? Benny Cumbermuffins finds that weird and distracting.

I wouldn't put Homeland anywhere near Breaking Bad just yet, but that's because I remain unconvinced that the show can sustain itself over multiple seasons. Let's see how it's doing at this point next season, then we'll talk about the pantheon.

That could easily be a bad "holy shit" and not a good "holy shit". Who knows which side the shit lands on?

I gave up on Supernatural last season, but I've thought about returning for the Ben Edlund episodes at the very least. I'm guessing this was one of them, based on the grade. Am I correct? He seems to be the only one capable of crafting a great episode these days. (Edit: IMDB tells me he wrote next week's episode. So

I totally agree about this episode, I'm surprised it didn't get an A++++. I haven't seen a Top Model this ridiculous since…well, since they had to eat hot dogs and express their branding like 3 weeks ago.

I find it odd when people get really offended by the critiques of a reality show judge. My friend went on a similar rant about Top Chef: Just Desserts judge Johnny Iuzzini, questioning his credentials, saying he's too mean to contestants, etc. Meanwhile, I think these people are just doing their job of being reality

It's also easy to see why January Jones shunned him, because that kid is as obnoxious as hell.

Anya's win just angers me. It's not a season 8 level of anger, as there was no Mondo in this competition, and Anya isn't as villainous and beige as Gretchen, but still. I'm not sure I buy that the whole thing was rigged from the get go, but the editing was so poor throughout the season that Anya's win seemed

I didn't have any gameplay issues with the second one, so if the third one is similar that works for me. Maybe I'm just not that picky about these things, and this review seems to focus on nitpicks.

I know Community and Parks & Rec haven't aired yet, but this episode may be the funniest thing I see all week. The staging for all of these acts was so bombastic and over-the-top that it just cracked me up.

Theory: The AV Club bankrolled this movie because they need one more entry for a "Directors Who Remade Their Own Films To Disastrous Results" inventory.

Mine were just jerking off, and I'm not even sure how to turn that into a career.

V and FlashForward premiered on ABC to even higher demo ratings, and those certainly lasted a long time. Now I'm off to catch up on FlashForward season 3!

This show remains incredibly dull 95% of the time, but at least they finally had the balls to murder someone. The only problem is they murdered one of the only interesting characters on the show, and the one with the most potential to go batshit crazy. Bad move. This show desperately needs more crazy!

I'm confused how "World's Greatest Dad" became "The World's Best Dad" in Nathan's write-up. Did he watch a foreign bootleg with a poorly translated title?

Exactly, how did he win for spinning around on a building, filming it, and slapping two videos next to each other? I'm completely baffled.

I'd say The Vampire Diaries and Fringe are currently the best hour-long shows on the air, but I have a lot of concerns about where Fringe is headed this season and how it'll come together. With TVD, it's easy to see they know exactly what they're doing. As for Homeland, it seems solid but it's only three episodes in,

This show has helped Fox win in the 18-49 demo almost every night it's aired, so I wouldn't count on it going anywhere anytime soon. It may not be a massive hit, but it's a solid performer.
