This remains the only pre-Eccleston Doctor Who I've seen. It was, um…interesting, I guess?

This would be more exciting if it were going to be AMC's Bag of Bones. I don't expect much from the network that airs Hoarders and that Prison Break sequel.

To be fair, there are mice with louder voices than Nathan Rabin. Half the fun of these podcasts is seeing if he'll ever learn how to speak properly.

I can't disagree that he's all style, no substance, but I also can't think of a time when Rodriguez has even aimed for substance. He seems content with making dumb fun, and I think he succeeds most of the time.

No Big Loss
Having recently suffered through Sucker Punch, I can only hope this gives them time to remove all the Zack Snyder-ness from the movie. The thing I find most interesting about this review is the notion that there are some shows a TV critic just won't "get". Unfortunately, I think this notion is wasted when talking about Rizzoli & Isles, because it's the type of show no one expects critics to praise.
