I remember wanting Belly's "Star" so badly and not finding in stores until 3 songs had made it on the radio. I checked every Friday for a couple of months and each Friday thought another weekend had been ruined because I couldn't hear "Feed the Tree" as often as I wanted.

I was just out of high school, the local college radio station had been on the air for a year. I went from listening to a radio station that occasionally played something I liked to one that occasionally played something I didn't. Music made the whole world exciting.
