People who call this book cyberpunk are trying to retcon the term onto stories that waaaay predate those ideas. This is just a kickass story with great concepts, a ferocious plot, and a dash of truly trippy writing (in parts).

Trust us, it works. Just read the damn thing. It's a classic for a reason.
