I don't know what's wrong with me but I was almost screaming at my laptop at how obvious the solution was.
Watered-down diarrhea should go down the plughole, so tell the kid to pull the plug out the bath, then when it's drained tell the kid to put the plug back in, fill up the bath again, repeat steps one and two until

The "too hot for TV" criticism is one that's tough to defend without sounding bitter or subtly sexist (girls can't be hot and talented).
But for me the problem isn't actually how attractive they look individually, it's that Firefly had such a realistic and diverse cast.
In fact Whedon asked Jewel Staite to put on weight

I agree and so would a post-credit scene but in my head there's one with an older Jesse leading a support group, much like the one he attended in season 3/4.
It wouldn't really fit and I totally see why they didn't do it but it's there in my head.
Isn't there supposed to be an alternate ending on the DVD?

It's interesting you draw the comparison between con men and storytellers because that's essentially the premise of The Brothers Bloom, in which cons are stories that are written and lived out.
Coincidentally that film is written and directed by Rian Johnson and his episode of Breaking Bad is on tonight.

I don't know how long this gimmick account has been around but this is the first time I've seen it and it's my new favorite.

Yea it did, either that or they lowered the shutter-speed. It looked slightly odd to me, mainly because they'd never established that style before and I'm used to modern TV shows shooting at a higher-frame rate achieve slow motion, so it just looked old fashioned.
It took me out of the scene on first viewing but I

Yea that came to my mind straight away too. Perhaps because I've just been re-watching the series from the start with my family.
I swear the first few lines were a direct quote from that episode or atleast very similar.

I'd agree with your cable guide, it's a very dark comedy.
I have a friend from Denmark and he's convinced the show is a staight up comedy. Watching it with him is a bizarre experience, he laughs the entire way through and it's not because he doesn't understand it, he does and he finds it hilarious.

Yea, I think he's just acting on impulse at this point, just doing what he has to to not get caught and then justifying later (to others and to himself).
If he ever had time to stop and really decide what he believes in and what he's done, he'll realize what a mess he his and how twisted and warped his beliefs have

Too far.

I agree, you've said what I was trying to only better.
I think a lot of people were expecting Kick Ass to be Super, that doesn't mean that's what it was trying to be.

I never understood the comparison between this and Kick Ass.
Sure they may seem similar on the surface but I think of Kick Ass as a 21st century, post-modern version of a super hero movie.
Whereas Super seems to be a black comedy about someone in the real world losing their grip on reality.
I really like Kick Ass and I

As any rape scene should be.
Seriously, if a rape scene is easy to watch the director has done something horribly wrong, and if they weren't at least attempting to make it hard to watch then the director is horribly wrong.
