It might be more crucial that they collect the bodies of familiar people and dispose of them quickly (and properly?) so Smokey can't assume their form and cause problems. So far, he's only been able to take the form of people who's bodies are left lying around: Christian, Locke, Yemi, Alex.

I did consider this last night. If the island moves, what are the chances that at one spot it now resides at the bottom of the ocean?

This isn't the first time an event has been shown numerous times to establish a timeline. Back in Season 2 the scene of Desmond holding Locke hostage was repeated three different times across four episodes to show the perspectives of Jack, Kate and Locke, plus to compare it to events outside the hatch.

Just you wait: Buddy Holly's plane is going to crash next.

Christian also showed Locke the means to get off the island, however, which was (presumably) part of the plan to initiate Smokey's loophole. Did we see the moment when the ring of ash was actually broken? If it's been broken for the entire time, it seems possible that Smokey was using it as a home base but still

Calling it: The last episode will be called "Live Alone, Die Together"

It's because the risks would all be likely associated to Sayid, and Jack's the one who made the call. When has he ever ultimately cared about the outcome of his decisions affecting others?

My assumption at this point is that Faraday's original theory still stands - What happened, happened. Locke will walk, Kate will end up with Aaron, everyone will eventually end up dead or on the island.

I'm wondering what was up with the scratch on Jack's neck that he checked out when he went to the bathroom. Was there anything from the old flashbacks that would explain it? I can't think of any off-hand.

I think there must be something more in store for Locke - after all, he was one of Jacob's chosen to come to the island, and I assume that he was forward-seeing enough to choose everyone for a specific purpose - example, Hurley was chosen because he can see dead people, something Jacob presumably knew would come in

Well, no plot hole except for that gaping one where everyone magically becomes themselves again. It sort of flies in the face of EVERYTHING we know about how the tech works. But hey, I'll take the magic reset button if it's as good as we're going to get.

I didn't think the slang thrown at us was any worse than the slang from Firefly, it was just a bit more obvious since it was thrown at us so fast and in such a short space of time. As a piece of world-building though, it makes sense that in the 10 years since everything happened they'd have all this lingo, and I

Holy christ just fuck off.

Yes, some of the Butcher had guns. How do you think Felicia Day's legs got tore up?

Actives don't die, they just fall asleep…for a little while…

I guess I can understand if he's masturbating so ferociously to his trollish comments that the odd spelling and grammatical error slips by.

I didn't make it past the part where Oprah says "Jay considers himself a comedian with a talk-show, he loves doing stand-up!"

The rage!

Man. I guess I'm the only person in the world who was EXPECTING a giant Ipod touch.

See, here's the thing - I really WANT an oversized iPhone. Hooray, I'm the one person who will buy this thing!
