I have read and re-read that book many a time, and frankly sir…I can find no fault in your opinion.

Is that you, Rob Thomas?

Almost too much ground in their oeuvre to cover in a comment box, but one thing I'm noticing in GH's work over the last few years is a very visceral emphasis on sex and violence. Anyone else that's a fan picking up on this?

I've been into Los Bros for years now, ever since I bought an issue as a 12 year old, thinking it was going to be all "Hot punk rock chicks with big boobs and mohawks". Thankfully it was not exactly that, but it was almost an exact counterpart to the music i was developing a taste for at the time.

Mike Ness seems to be a decent fellow, always on the road, works hard, never phones it in, and is known to be really good to his fans, who, in turn are loyal to the hilt, and also the article isn't wrong in stating that his fan base has a huge range in age.

I have watched, and found funny
many episodes of King of Queens.

No love for Monster Magnet? Tsk.

He is based on a real life person, and the situation shown is based in part upon several incidents at a local, independent community station.

Hey Glen, Bywater resident here as well.

Eh. I'd still hit it.

I used to work at that Tower in New Orleans, and I can assure you we would have been too busy being hungover and crabby to bother with your "issues".

"Some of these kids nearly got Munsoned"

I'm a big fan of the genre, and its related offshoots, of the space-age bachelor pad variety and ilk. Also worked in a record store during the 90's revival period and have/had friends in the retro-rocker/garage/torch-singing chanteuse scenes, so it was more likely than not names like Baxter, Denny, Esquivel bandied

Thanks for confirming that I didn't imagine this thing as it is.
