My new band:  Beard on Kevin.

That last monster is cool.

There are also many cool George Air Force Base gifts available:  shirts, hats, throw pillows, calendars, coffe mugs, etc.  The Base closed in 1992, but it lives on in MST3K.

I have a 1993 Neil Diamond tour t-shirt. Badass.

There are some cool F-104 Starfighter shirts online that I'm looking at.    These would be great MST3K merch.

Blackie Lawless?  He fucks like a beast.

Call me a hipster contrarian if you will, but I have contined to strengthen my opinion of Braxton Bragg as a shitty battlefield commander.  I know the cool kids love him, but I must dissent.

Odin, Odin, Odin.

Courtney Love is a misunderstood musical genius.  In 10 years Kurt Cobain will be remembered primarily as Courtney Love's husband.

Has there ever been a genre called "postcore?"  I've seen plenty of posts and cores, but not a postcore.

It has long been clear to me that Satan watches over evil brains, in hopes that weak humans will foolishly reanimate them.   Good brains enjoy no such protection.  They're just dead meat.

Air Supply would have been cool because they're actually still relevant artistically.  They're the original Bon Iver.  And they're way emo.  And they have some great tunes that still hold up.

He was also in the Twilight Zone episode "The Howling Man."  He was quite good in that.  I recently rewatched it and enjoyed it quite a bit.

You better hope George Lucas doesn't buy it.   He'll add a ton of CGI to fill out the sparse backgrounds and tell us that his version is the "completed" movie:  the movie Jerry really wanted to make.

Just the usual.

If you want to talk about firing offenses, Rabin should have been canned for that Louis Gossett Jr. interview in which he failed to ask a single question about Delgo.  That was journalistic malpractice.

"Don't Look Back" is actually the Obama administration's official theme song for its non-prosecution of torture, illegal domestic spying, and Wall Street securities fraud.  It will be played at the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, to thunderous applause.

Saturday I found out that since last October 22nd there have been HD copies of all 12 Yacht Rock episodes on youTube.  Excellent quality, even in fullscreen.   I ended up watching all 12 episodes in one sitting.

I still rock Black Mountain's In The Future.  That's more Jefferson Airplane-via-Blue Oyster Cult.  A little Floydish too.   That record dates back to 2005 and still holds up just fine.
