Yeah I don't have a problem with him, but I really only sometimes tune in to the Nerdist podcast, of any of the podcasts or shows, and he's pretty irrelevant on that because I'm listening for the guest. So I'm not sure where the hatred comes from.

I didn't even think about MK and Beth as proto-Sarah and Helena, but it's a good analogy.
The same thing has happened to me every time (and I mean every time) I've re-read the books. However, the way it's set up in the books is a bit more organic.
She was a WWII combat nurse. I would imagine her instinct to charge into situations without forethought is very hard to overcome.
According to this timeline, Frank is 12 years older.
Did anyone else think the doctor was immediately suspicious after he let her go?
I thought tax day was appropriate for her b-day. Cash is green too! Nobody likes the IRS and nobody likes Zelena!

At this point I'll be happy if she gets divorced and Eli throws Peter to the wolves and basically the end is that nobody's in a great place, but at least Peter has to deal with some consequences for his actions, in contrast to the beginning of the series where he pretty much gets off scot free.

My favorite was probably when she's at the pig roast and they need Jonah to shield her b.c. of optics or something, and Kent says "We really need a bulkier man in this situation."
I'm a PoI fan and I did not put together that he was Cal. At all. He looks like a totally different person on this show—not sure why, maybe it's the glasses?
When Bailey started going into his southern shtick, the WTF is wrong with these people? look that Cochran gave him was a great touch too.
Omg plz don't make me choke on my tea, thx.

I'm cracking up right now. You cut right to the heart of the B.S.
I think being blandly nice was kind of the point. He was supposed to seem unassuming, so she wouldn't suspect him of anything.
Even still, she's definitely a liiiittle too perfect.
I'd say White Collar was more than filler. It had more nuance than this show seems to have. Also, Mozzie is hysterical and he boosts the whole thing for me.
At times I was thinking "I really wish this was White Collar…"
