I've followed Millar for a long time, ever since SAVIOUR(sadly unfinished, though he seems to have continued it by other means in the recent CHOSEN, which wasn't bad) or his brilliant run on SWAMP THING(Still worth a read and still unreprinted, even though he and Phil Hester are certainly popular now) and have perhaps

Swear to god, I have tried to like this film SO many times. (POV: The only Altman films I like are MASH and MCCABE) Really I have. I see what it's trying to be and I can respect that. And I"m actually inclined to like long films—I love 1900 and O LUCKY MAN, and am a big Tarkovsky fan so I don't mind long AND

>>how can he dexter take care of a new baby and murder people?

Certainly makes more sense than Dexter teaching them Harry's Code in the books.

Chances aren't, if we never saw it on the show, and we didn't. He didn't adopt them, though he may have planned to. That doesn't automatically happen. My stepdad is not even legally my father, and thank god for that. Otherwise I'd have to call the hillbilly ex-crackhead "Dad" even now that my mother's passed on.*

He's always been a waste of narrative space, frankly. I've never liked him.

>>But other than the fact that Quinn thinks Trinity ISN'T related to Rita… he has no interest in Trinity. So why would he want to follow that lead?

PS—That was JOBETH WILLIAMS? Oh my god, I had the biggest crush on her when I was a kid and I never realized that was her.

Let's not forget the show's worst flaw: the women. The women are entirely about the men in their lives, except Deb, who's basically a guy with a vagina. (I love her, but from the writers' perspective that's how she's treated) Once Rita was without her ex-husband, that was it for any inner life of her own. From that

PS
It was already done. I'm guessing Miller never read Starlin's run(in which Jason Todd was killed). You want trivialization of Middle East conflict? You can't do better than having a rogue Islamic nation make the Joker its UN ambassador.

Frank wrong again
No, Miller, chasing the Riddler is exactly what Batman is for. What's ridiculous is trivializing real events by having him go after something real and serious.

Huh!
Please, tell us more, Mel. There's one or two people willing to fund your crappy films still that need to be alienated.

Can someone tell me what Hulu has that's interesting anymore? Seems it's been becoming nothing but SNL for a few months now. So who cares?

I draw comics, and I'm not fat, nor bald, nor bearded, nor ponytailed, and I dress pretty normally.

I said go away
No, dammit! Out! I said out!

>>You do know that it was claimed that Klaus Kinski slept with Nastassja? His daughter? Unusually, the claim was made in his own autobiography bly Klaus himself.

Mine
Movie soundtracks in general, especially ones to Lynch, Greenaway, or Kubrick films(the electronic music from CLOCKWORK and the Wim Mertens music from BELLY OF AN ARCHITECT were almost never out of rotation for me at one time) but as far as specific artists, if I cannot decide what to put on, I usually fall back

I lived in Chicago when they were popular and maybe I just got sick to death of hearing them on the radio but BAD always bored me to tears. There's funkier stuff on COMBAT ROCK.

I think DARK AVENGERS has been quite good, but it will probably be finished soon. But Mike Deodato's artwork nowadays is a stunning thing of wonder, though his colorists sometimes serve him ill by over-blurring his lines.
