I feel like one of the few people on the planet who was in no way in to Channel Orange. I liked Nostalgia/Ultra just fine, but this record felt so unformed and meandering. Had to force myself to get through the whole thing.

I assume Eric Wareheim is talking about the often terrifying Chris Morris sketch comedy show, in which case, I agree. It's somehow compulsively watchable, even when it sort of makes your skin crawl.

The only two redesigns I actually disliked in this series were the Joker and Catwoman. Joker because he looked far less like a scary, insane clown and more like a weird mime, and Catwoman because making her as pale as Jack White always seemed kind of off.

Yeah, the AV Club film reviews have only ever been harsh on movies that deserve it. The "they hate everything" joke would probably work better with Pitchfork. But still, fun joke.
