I don't know, but a crossover episode where Hannibal gorges himself on the entire cast of the Leftovers would be my favorite episode of this for sure.

As someone who watched the entire season I would tell you not to bother. The recent casting news is undeniably awesome, but unless they replace the entire writer's room I can't really see this show getting any better.

True Detective? Sure, but HBO's drama development has been pretty shitty post Luck.

The other big difference:

No it didn't. It got slightly better but was still terrible.

The pilot got decent reviews and nobody watched it. You're deluding yourself if you think critics can move the viewership needle at all. They clearly can't given that plenty of rapturously reviewed shows have been total flops over the years.

Yep. This is one of the lowest rated seasons of television that AMC has ever aired. It was a flop, ratings-wise, from the premiere. Critics really didn't have anything to do with its failure.

This better than Masters of Sex?

Yeah, there's nothing odd about finding a gorgeous person attractive.

Cable access shows get more viewers than H&CF.

It's not ridiculous at all. True Blood knows what it is and is good at it most weeks, while the Leftovers is a pretentious mess that thinks it has much more to say than its pathetic scripts actually do.

Eh, this review's about 30,000 words too short to be Vanderwerffesque.

So you're mad because he overrates GoT?

I have no opinion about the review but if the show was merely terrible it would be a vast improvement.

Yes. Spartacus takes awhile to get going, but SHIELD has yet to be anything other than completely mediocre.

I couldn't agree more. Lucy Lawless deserves to be on something much better than this turd.

A prequel? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

FX is one of my favorite networks but Tyrant and The Strain have me a little worried about their development going forward since they are both terrible.

It's almost like he isn't acting at all.

I'm interested to see what they'll do with another season of Fargo but I'm over Louie. Season four was terrible.
