I couldn't agree more JohnJohn.  I enjoy watching this show, but it is hard to overstate how inferior it is to FNL.

Well they aren't stupid and wrong, but B23 has been a dead show walking the entire season.

A show like Breaking Bad could never air on Fox because its ratings would get it canceled.

Given the ratings of every other scripted show on Fox, and how much time/money they've poured into advertising this, unless it is a complete bomb it's getting a second season.

This feature remains pointless.  How about we compare "premium cable oranges" to other "premium cable oranges"? Every single Sunday night Showtime premiere out rated Girls, hell Shameless slaughtered it.  Since Showtime is in millions of fewer homes than HBO that makes Girls' ratings look even more pathetic.

Yes it is.  The only other show HBO currently has that is in its league is Treme.

And if it aired today its ratings would be sub-Dollhouse.  Everything on television got higher ratings in 1995.
