I don't mind having a book like that. With the insanity of book 3, I think it's natural to have a sort of "slower" or "building" book in which not quite as much happens. The problem is that he wrote so much about all that that he had to split it into 2 books. If it had been condensed into one book, I think it would

For the review itself, you'd be fine on experts. The comments section is a different story.

Yeah, I don't like the pumped up drama. I'm watching Top Chef because I want to see a real contest of cooks trying to cook their best food. If I just wanted a bunch of yelling and drama, I'd be watching Hell's Kitchen or something.

I agree that Ty-lor certainly seemed to have the worst dishes on the losing team, but I felt like he wasn't the worst contestant. Lindsey got lucky tonight because the girls won. She was TERRIBLE as front of the house, especially considering the time she had to learn from the guys, and just in comparison to Ed, who

I just don't understand how the Bev hate starts. Whatever, I guess she takes up a lot of room in the kitchen, or something? But what really confused me was Sarah shooting down every idea she had for her OWN dish! And then of course she won on the short rib dish that Sarah thought was a terrible idea. I just don't

Seriously. When they ate at the restaurant, I got the feeling there were a few things they thought could be better, but mostly liked it. At the judges table, that turned into them all getting an "F"?? Really over the top. And I definitely think Paul is the strongest contestant, though I haven't seen LCK. Not sure why

I'm okay with that policy

@avclub-9d512e28838bd0483c473d80a285d4e8:disqus , isn't it this season's ratings that got it cancelled? So shouldn't just starting to watch it this season have helped?

Okay, I'd do 2.50

Internet Protocol Addresses are pretty good, but I prefer a nice porter during winter.

It just seems terribly gimmicky, and you can just tell how proud they were of it during the little segment after last week's show when they were bragging about it. I think they have their priorities wrong. It's really part of what makes the show so infuriating. If it were just a completely awful show all the way

The twist was more important than, you know, good acting or storytelling. Which only makes it worse that everyone guessed it beforehand.

Well that's what I get for replying before reading the whole thread

He had the good Hodgkins, anyway

You've already gotten through the best part, so I'd suggest quitting now.

Talk about a diva

I like soccer/football (I really don't care what you want to call it), and as a big fan of defense in American football, I have no problem with low-scoring games or sports as long as they're played well. That's the key. It's the difference between LSU-Alabama's 9-6 game this year as opposed to Auburn-Mississippi

The rules are really pretty simple. It's when you get into all the different kinds of plays and formations that it gets kind of mind-boggling.

Or as a commenter at the AV Club.

As a grad student, I can tell you there have been plenty of times when I've gone into a University building after-hours and there are no cameras whatsoever.
