Yeah, it was a terrible season for comedy. Old favorites like Parks are on decline, new shows sucked, promising sitcoms got cancelled. This year doesn't look good either, Brooklyn 99 is good, but it's already on a verge of cancellation.
1)Breaking Bad
2)Rectify
3)Enlightened
4) Hannibal
5) Mad Men
Steven Spielberg and Halle Berry together? I'm in! This is 2003, right?
I'm watching it right now and i was pleasantly surprised when i saw a commercial for The Master and Margarita at the end of one of the episodes. It's a great adaption (Vladimir Bortko is one of the few bright spots in Russian film/tv industry, his other adaptions are great as well) and i'm glad that Sky used this show…
He knew that critics hated it when they saw pilots in May. Why not just re-shoot it, if it's not that long? They re-shoot scenes with Jayma Mays.
This looks about as shitty as Underworld, which probably means that it'll make a ton of money. January release date is perfect for crap like this.
I just watched pilot of The Millers and it actually wasn't that bad. My expectations were super low tho and i expected 2BG-levels disaster. In reality it's just bland, but there's some potential, because cast is really good.
I think Glee's audience is watching Scandal now.
Tonight's episode of Parks and Rec actually did better than last week's, it might even go up. NBC should be satisfied, The Voice is probably their only show that can do better in that time-slot. The Michael J. Fox Show did well too, i'm glad that it didn't drop too much because i quite liked 3rd episode.
Even though storylines were dated, i really enjoyed this one and laughed quite a lot. I also noticed couple of Happy Endings-type throaway jokes: Eve's line about dancing plastic bag and "none of those ads works." They're not great, but you can see that writers are trying to do something smart. Things like this give…
>House of Cards

It's worth watching just for chemistry between two leads. I was thinking about the show couple of days ago and realized why Tumblr loves it so mush - it's Supernatural + black female lead + skinny British guy + John Cho.
Yay! Shame about short season though, this show is not perfect, but it's 100 times better than CLASSIC POE. Also, i really want to know their budget/episode, because it looks like a freaking blockbuster comparing to Agents of Shield.
I'm in minority, but i hope that it does well. Cast is really good and i believe in Greg Garcia, show just needs some time for development.
If Jason Katims was behind this show, it would've ended after 2 episodes.
But putting everything against TBBT and Grey's suicidal, what are they going to do? The Voice repeats or something?
They still watch Glee even though 90% of them fucking hates it.
Yup, i was like 13-14 around that time and i was really into it, but then i found about Walt getting send off because actor got old and about DUI's and i was like "oh, there's no bigger plan." I still watched the show, but somewhere in season 4 i just lost all the interest. That's probably the reason why i fucking…
Firefly's pilot is great, but i think it's an exception. Buffy's pilot is nothing special imo and Angel's and Dollhouse pilots are pretty bad. Firefly also escaped his "first 10 or so episodes are mediocre" standard.
