Hmm.  I had assumed that when Jake wished that the Lich had never, ever, ever existed, that would mean that it couldn't exist in the world that Jake created, but evidently it would just defer the Lich's creation until today + x hours (that irony thing, I guess).

One assumes that the Nightosphere is another of those dimensions, and that there was a portal to the pre-mushroom war world that Marceline came through.  Then the mutagenic bomb went off and basically mixed up the dimensions / worlds.

My theory is that nose Finn is a "perfect world" that the Lich has created for Finn so that he stops looking for him… I think Finn wil start to see cracks in his world and realize that he's been duped.

I can't see how they wouldn't have Peter Davidson from the classic series… At least in cameo.  They could probably get a few others (McCoy, etc.), but I think at this stage wouldn't you go for good immitators, rather than spending the big money on the originals + make-up (unless whatever story contrivance brings them…

The think I disliked most about this episode was the ninja fight with the good Doctor and Omega… Even writing that, the image pops into my head and I cringe.  I'll concede that it's a tough concept to represent visually, but ye gods that was bad.

Not 100% on my NYC geography, but wasn't the apartment building in battery park, which is where the ferry for the Statue leaves from, and therefore pretty close to where the statue would come to ground?  Maybe those resident were kept there to stop letting people know that teh statue of liberty was zapping people back…

Nope, that happened between the Silurian episode and this episode…  Although it's hard to keep track of, time has passed with the Ponds not travelling with the Doctor, upto America and before let's kill Hitler, for example.
