Nope, that happened between the Silurian episode and this episode…  Although it's hard to keep track of, time has passed with the Ponds not travelling with the Doctor, upto America and before let's kill Hitler, for example.

Have to agree with James… I thought the Doctor's wife was based on an interesting concept, and it had a pretty neat resolution

Not sure that I *hate* Asylum, but it seemed to be very plot-hole-y, even for Doctor Who… Daleks are based on the Nazi's, and yet the Daleks prefer to keep their defects?  I know it was explained in episode in dialog, but don't buy it.  Daleks are concerned that defective Daleks will escape?  Why?  Competition?  The

I don't think we know (yet) why they got married.  I'm still expecting that to be part of this season somehow…. I just don't like loose ends, I guess.  Maybe I'm in the minority.  My guess is that he married her so that she would get a reduced penalty for murdering him.

I think the 10 years was purely on their timeline… THe spoilt yoghurt was about a time that they'd been travelling with the doctor and came back a few months later in Earth time, but the point was that sometimes they travel with him and come back the same day, but have been travelling with him for a few months… I

Um.  Didn't he smother it because he learnt that someone was working to weaponize that self-same technology?

What would be cool would be to have some of the ex-Doctors come back as bad guys, but current Doctor doesn't immediately know that they're bad (or doesn't let on that he knows, etc.).  So it starts off looking like an N Doctors episode, but then you start to see the ex-Doctors do things behind latest's back and screw

I have to say I don't really like most of the actors who played the doctor after Tom Baker - I've never really been sure whether it was just the way they were directed to act, or just didn't like the actor themselves, but for me I remember at the time loathing Peter Davidson being cast, because of the previous series

I think it was because he had personality.  I think a lot of what caught my attention with him was that the versions of the songs he was singing was not the original version - I had thought that they were his interpretations, but once or twice he mentioned that it was someone else's version he was covering.  If thy

I don't know if I'm confused from the book of this serial (I had most of them when I was a child), but i thought there was some ambiguity somewhere about that… I thiought that the explosion sealed off the entrance to their lair, and they decided to go back to hibernation because they didn't have the capacity to dig
