With all the things that were so "weird" about this episode, nobody's questioning why and how the bar generates so much trash? There are several huge piles inside the bar, which is apparently a new development since Dennis, Dee and Mac were there previously (presumably less than 24 hours).

It's pretty easy to imagine this as a stand-up routine in which he would have said those things as jokes to illustrate how terrible the mom and kid were, like when he imagined the terrible kid in "Live at the Beacon" as evil out of time, wearing a fur coat with bones in it.

If there's an area where Walt has never deviated, it's his dedication to getting the right tool for for the job. If Walter White has decided he needs a machine gun, heaven help….somebody.
