Underwhelming comedy weekend:

This movie ended my crush on Ethan Hawke.

That screen cap looks like the cover of a "Fear Street" book. This is enough to get me to see the movie.

The photos that accompany the Hollywood Reportor article. Hmmm. No.

A Cute Overload calendar, a framed picture of my cat, and a tiny plastic Seattle snow globe.

"Careful with that door knob, it's a smoked gouda!"

Like the elf!

Uma Thurman is gorgeous.

But they have the same birthday!

I've been told I look like McKellar. Fuck I hate this video.

There's only so much you can mine out of "I love fame" / "I love gay people".

Hey, they're a pretty big thing in Houston.

Sam's Boat is the shit! Haven't been to the Richmond location.

I love that place, haven't been there in a while even though I'm like a block from it. I didn't expect anyone to respond to this so I'll just hyperventilate into a paper bag at the thought of going out and meeting you people.

This will get buried, but would love to meet up in Houston, TX. The problem is Houston is such a fucking sprawl that it would be hard to find a good place to meet.

" a picture of smoke that he referred to as his first selfie" YES to all of this.

Stand By Me. Just thinking about the scene where River Phoenix cries while talking about how much his father hates him makes me well up. Cuts too close to the bone.

Dang, I wish I had read this before ordering some books on Amazon with my gift card. I want that Smiths book. Speaking of epic literary sprawls, I keep trying to read Middlesex by Eugenides, but I'm not in the mood to dig into it at the moment. I read The Virgin Suicides in high school and The Marriage Plot last year.

And a badass show to boot.

They had some pretty melodic stuff in their later career.
