I just want to say that "In Dreams" is one of my favorite songs ever. I love Roy Orbison, and I feel like he never gets enough recognition.

I read every Lynch interview in Gordon Cole's voice.

Last I heard he also refused to provide commentary on DVDs of movies, to let the films speak for themselves.

I just started Wouldn't It Be Nice, by Brian Wilson (or likely Dr. Landy, but whatever). I don't know much about Wilson, so I was surprised to read about his abusive father. It brought up a slew of memories of my own abusive childhood, and I cried myself to sleep. But I left off at a point where the Beach Boys were

I finally gave in and registered for an online dating site. I've had my profile for like a week, but it creeps me out to get a bunch of e-mails from horny guys asking me for "more pics". So I'll probably delete it. I meet enough creepers in real life.

The Queen of Versailles documentary made me uncomfortable and depressed for numerous reasons.

I have a blind date tonight. I am not looking forward to it.

I'm still pimping Villagers. Both of their albums are worth a listen.

I'm not digging this song. I'll try to blame the poor audio quality of my phone. At least I can pretend I'm on hold for something important if I don't want people to talk to me.

At least he admitted it looked douchey when he uploaded it to Instagram.

Confession: I'm a chubby chaser. I hope he gets lazy after the movie wraps. If not, at least I have Google images.

When I play Scrabble, I bend the rules to allow Bort.

Man, Secret Window was terrible.

This makes total sense. And I want a pentagram bikini top.

Ha, I had to do the same with my ex-boyfriend. But he was a total idiot.

Now I can stalk Doc Hammer with a clear conscience.

Arular and Kala are indeed great. Those BEATS, especially on Arular. I even liked a portion of Maya. "XXXO", "Teqkilla", "Tell Me Why", "Space", and her cover of "It Takes a Muscle" are worth a listen.

I like the part in Barbarella with the dolls that gnash their teeth.

I love their cover of "Candy Man".

I saw him at his first Houston show. He was good, but I have never felt so old in my life. I was only 27 or 28, but standing in a packed theater of grinding, blunt smoking teenagers is not something I want to re-live. This wasn't helped by the fact that I was at the show alone.
